Plot Inspections

Please remember that 75% of your plot must be cultivated. This is part of the terms & conditions when you sign your agreement and pay your yearly rent.

Following comments from plot holders, the inspection committee will rotate with different members for each inspection.

Plot inspections are a contentious issue but we have to be fair to adjacent plot holders and our current waiting list.

A failed plot inspection with no mitigation or attempt to rectify within 28 days will lead to a further letter requesting the situation to be rectified within 14 days. If there is still no further action taken then 14 days later a notice to quit shall be issued, to which there is no right of appeal.
