KEYS

On January 3 rd 2024 the locks on the main  entrances to the site will be changed – Front Gate; Height Barrier and all three gates to the plots themselves.

This is to provide additional security due to increased levels of both theft and trespass on the plots as well as unauthorised access for deliveries to houses adjacent to the plots.

New keys will be only be issued once your rent due for 2024 has been paid and the return of your old keys.

Sadly, because of both increased costs and the practice of loaning out keys we will have to charge an additional £10 refundable deposit for the new keys. Failure to return your old key will mean a full deposit of £30 will be required.

Please Lock The Gates

Please can everyone remember to keep the gates locked. The locks are there for our security. Also please be careful with the locks as we've had some damaged recently. Also never lubricate the locks, as normal liquid lubricants aren't suitable. Thanks
